- Receive your aged care client code
- Apply to My Evervale via our waitlist
- Complete a means assessment via Services Australia (for fee calculation)
- Move in when a room becomes available and the agreement is signed
What residential aged care costs
Residential aged care fees are regulated under the Aged Care Act 2024. They typically include:
- Basic daily fee (set at 85% of the single age pension rate)
- Means-tested care fee (based on assessable income and assets)
- Accommodation contribution or payment (RAD/DAP or combination)
- Optional additional services fee
