My Evervale exists because every older Australian deserves to be seen, heard and cared for not just managed. We’re building a provider that families across all of greater Melbourne can trust with the people they love most.

Our story

My Evervale was founded in Melbourne by a team who has watched the Australian aged care sector transform over the last decade and who believed there was room for a new kind of provider. One that combines clinical rigour with genuine warmth, and operates with full transparency under the strengthened standards of the new Aged Care Act 2024.

We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, and we serve families across Wyndham, the western Melbourne corridor, and the broader metropolitan area. From the start, we have built My Evervale to register for all six service categories under the new Act meaning we can support a person’s whole journey, from their first hours of in-home help to specialised residential dementia care, without ever asking them to start over with a new provider.

What we believe

Aged care is more than a service — it’s a relationship between a person, their family, and the team trusted to walk alongside them. Five beliefs guide everything we do:

  • Dignity comes first. Every person, every interaction, every day. Dignity isn’t a value statement — it’s a daily practice.
  • Clinical excellence is non-negotiable. We staff with experienced registered nurses and allied health professionals, and we follow evidence-based, audited protocols.
  • Home should feel like home. Whether we’re delivering care in someone’s house or in our own facility, the goal is warmth — not institutional efficiency.
  • Families are partners. We communicate proactively, openly and often. No surprises, no jargon, no hidden information.
  • Transparency builds trust. We publish how we work, what we charge, and how we measure success.

How we're different

The aged care sector is changing faster than at any point in its history. The new Aged Care Act, the Support at Home Program, the strengthened Quality Standards together these reforms place the older person at the centre of care, with enforceable rights and clear funding. My Evervale is being purpose-built for this new world. That means:

  • We register against all six service categories from day one, so you don’t have to switch providers as needs change.
  • We use modern care management systems so families can see what’s happening in real time.
  • We hire local our staff are from Wyndham and greater Melbourne, often speaking the languages our community speaks.
  • We build small. Big institutions can’t deliver intimate care; we’re sized to know every resident by name.
