How our services work together

Most providers register for one or two service categories, which means families often have to switch providers as needs change. My Evervale registers for all six, so we can support your loved one across their entire aged care journey — with continuous records, a familiar care team, and zero handover gaps.

A typical journey looks like this:

  1. First contact — you call us or submit a referral
  2. Assessment — we help you get assessed via My Aged Care
  3. Care plan — we build a plan around your loved one’s needs and preferences
  4. Care begins — usually within 1–2 weeks of approval
  5. Care evolves — as needs change, your services scale with you
